Telephone Prefixes for Area Codes in BC

The Telephone Exchange Prefix is a three digit number that lies between the area code and the final four digits of a phone number. For Example:

(123) 456-7890

123 is the Area Code, and
456 is the Telephone Exchange Prefix

To find which community in the 250 or 604 area codes a telephone prefix belongs to, enter the number into the Exchange Prefix text box and click on the Search button. To list all of the telephone exchange prefixes in the area codes of British Columbia, click on the List All button.
